Work yesterday, today and tomorrow as a world of experience
The DASA is an institution of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. The world of work over the course of time is presented here in a way that is both well-founded and entertaining on an area of 13,000 square metres. The focus is on the relationship between people, work and technology. The exhibition area is divided into several zones, such as fire protection, stress, sustainability, electricity, nanotechnology. KOBER lighting planners have been supporting DASA since January 2011 in updating their permanent exhibitions.
The aim of the World of Work exhibition is not only to show exhibits, but to actually experience the working conditions of the various eras. This requires a complex staging. In addition to gigantic steel contemporary witnesses of heavy industry, the most modern computer technology can also be found here. Each area requires an individual lighting concept that allows visitors to immerse themselves in the respective working environment as realistically as possible.
Experiencing and trying out working environments is the leitmotif of DASA. We plan the exhibition and architectural lighting for DASA.
